A FEW WORDS ABOUT ME:


I am a senior project manager with over 25 years of experience in IT, Cybersecurity, IAM and technology, with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects in large organizations such as Region Skåne, Öresundskraft AB and Region Västra Götaland.


With coaching leadership and clear, transparent communication, I create commitment and trust in project teams and among stakeholders. I am an outgoing relationship builder who quickly establishes collaborations and ensures anchoring at all levels – from operational level to steering group.

One of our major projects


Integration of Patient Sensors for Military Use within the EU/NATO


Policymakers, experts, and industry partners come together to develop strategies and standards for patient sensors in military settings.

 

The focus is on technology, interoperability, cybersecurity and legal frameworks within NATO/EU. Infotrust AB, with Richard Frank as senior consultant, leads planning, workshops and documentation.

 

The project combines physical and digital sessions and aims to create common guidelines, strengthen collaboration and drive innovation for safe and efficient care in the field.
